Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24hrs to process your order. Expect an email within that time to let you know your order is on the way! (at busy periods this can be up to 48hrs)

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped Same-Day if ordered before midday and shipped next day if ordered after midday. We use Royal Mail and EVRI for delivery dependent on availability. We do not ship outside of the UK at this  time.    

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES  

We offer FREE shipping for orders over £50 (estimated 2-4 days delivery). We also have other delivery options, as below: 

Order Amount £0-49.99 = 2-4 Days Delivery = Delivery Price £4.99

Order Amount £0-49.99 = 1-3 Days Delivery= Delivery Price £6.99

Order Amount £50+over = 2-4 Days Delivery= Delivery Price £FREE

Order Amount £50+over = 1-3 Days Delivery= Delivery Price £1.99

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do not offer shipping outside of the UK at this time.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dirtydamsel.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
